Abstract


The investigation was carried out between October – December, 2004 in the Botanical garden of School of Technology, Kano with the aim to assess the influence of phosphorus fertilizer (P205) at 50kg/ha – recommended dose on the development of root nodules in two legumes, cowpea and soybean commonly grown in Kano State.
